- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festivals, promotional campaigns, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

We currently ship across India.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our customer support team will contact you to discuss alternative delivery options.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- Free shipping offers, if available, will be automatically applied as per the promotional terms.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, where applicable, containing your tracking details.
You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or any other customer-related reason, the package may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned orders.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive:
- A damaged package
- An opened or tampered package
- Missing items
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.
Prompt Dairy Mart shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
